What is the arrival and departure time?
Check-in (arrival in the apartment) is possible from 4.30 p.m. and checkout (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 12 noon.
Are towels and bed sheets provided in the apartment?
Yes we provide towels and bes sheets.
Will I sign a short term rental agreement ?
Yes, we will sign a short term rental agreement during the check-in.
Does the price include a cleaning service?
A cleaning is done before your arrival and all the linen is replaced.
There is no cleaning during the stay.
Will I receive an invoice after the check-out?
Yes we can hand you an invoice during check-out if you request so.
Location cancellation
No refund will be made in the event of cancellation 14 days before your arrival in the apartment.
In the event of cancellation beyond 14 days, 50% of the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
Are animals allowed in the apartments ?
Animals are not allowed in the apartments
Can I smoke in the apartments ?
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments.
